Your MissionHelp develop and improve packaging solutions that ensure medical devices reach healthcare professionals safely and reliably. In this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience in packaging engineering, product testing, and medical technology while contributing to projects with real-world impact.
What You'll Do- Support the integration of new medical products into existing packaging systems
- Contribute to the development of innovative packaging concepts based on user needs
- Assist with packaging verification and validation testing
- Support prototype and production-part testing, including setup, execution, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing packaging solutions and develop new ones
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Product Design, or a related field
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree and looking to gain practical industry experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Initial experience with CAD software (e.g. Creo or SolidWorks) and/or simulation tools such as ANSYS is a plus
- Good English skills (minimum B2); German skills are a plus
- Professional experience in an international MedTech company
