Your MissionHelp shape the future of computer-assisted surgery and contribute to innovative solutions that support surgeons in complex ENT procedures. During this internship, you’ll work on cutting-edge technologies such as computer vision, augmented reality, and machine learning while gaining hands-on experience in an international R&D environment.
What You'll Do- Develop and evaluate concepts for interactive guidance in navigated ENT surgery
- Design and implement proof-of-concept applications for surgical navigation systems
- Apply computer vision, augmented reality, machine learning, and human-computer interaction technologies
- Build software solutions using C++, Python, and/or MATLAB
- Test and evaluate prototypes within a modern navigation and medical imaging ecosystem
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, IT, or a related field
- Experience with C/C++ programming
- Basic knowledge of Python and/or MATLAB
- Interest in image processing, computer vision, machine learning, and medical technology
- Good English skills (minimum B2); German skills are a plus
- Hands-on experience in an international MedTech R&D environment
