Job Description

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Group Talent Management team.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Group Talent Management, working in an international environment and supporting initiatives that help identify, develop and accelerate people across the organization.

The intern will support the team in:
  • Contributing to key Talent Management processes across the Group, including Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Talent KPIs and Strategic Sourcing activities
  • Preparing data analysis, reports and presentations on key populations, such as senior leaders and high-potential profiles, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outputs
  • Supporting the organization and preparation of meetings and working sessions with the Global HR Community
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives focused on people development, career acceleration and engagement
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders across countries and functions, gaining exposure to a global and dynamic HR environment


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Economics or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent proficiency in English
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
