Your team

 

The Pictet Group is one of the world’s leading independent wealth and asset managers. Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks. 

By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.

 

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Employment rate: Full-time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week)
Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school

Your role

 

  • Actively participate in client data remediation plan within the bank’s secure environment, specifically in the client repository.
  • Understand account lifecycle processes and perform codifications in accordance with established procedures.
  • Work closely with team members and key stakeholders such as Front Office, Compliance, and Legal departments.
  • Contribute to the update and improvement of internal procedures.
  • Take part in various projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing client data management and supporting the continuous improvement of operational processes.

 

Your profile

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized, delivering work of the highest quality.
  • Dynamic, proactive in problem-solving, and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in standard MS Office products.
  • Interest in automation, digitalization, and new technologies, with the ability to design, maintain, or improve automated operational tools (Python, SQL, low-code, LLMs, AI agents, etc.), while adhering to security and compliance standards is a strong asset.
  • Discreet and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French; good command of English. German is an asset.
