Your MissionJoin Stryker’s Research & Development team and help shape the future of surgical navigation and digital healthcare. In this internship, you’ll work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, medical imaging, and software engineering to develop innovative solutions that support neurosurgical procedures and improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Do- Support the development and evaluation of innovative software prototypes for surgical navigation systems
- Contribute to AI-driven proof-of-concept projects in medical technology and digital healthcare
- Develop software applications using C++, Python, and MATLAB
- Explore and apply machine learning, medical imaging, and advanced algorithmic approaches
- Collaborate with international R&D teams to turn innovative ideas into healthcare solutions
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or a related field
- Experience with object-oriented programming and knowledge of C++, Python, or MATLAB
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Qt, OpenCV, or similar technologies
- Interest in medical technology innovation and healthcare applications
- Very good English skills (minimum C1)
- Professional experience in an international MedTech R&D environment
