Join Our Team as a Strategy and Transformation Analyst - Drive Change and Shape the Future!

Are you passionate about business analysis, process improvement, and delivering impactful transformation initiatives? We are looking for a talented Strategy and Transformation Analyst to join our Strategy & Transformation team within the broader Strategy, Transformation & Projects function. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic projects and organizational change by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct data-driven research to support strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders across the organization and perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities for change.
  • Run statistical calculations and perform quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
  • Develop business cases for proposed changes, clearly outlining benefits, costs, and risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor progress against defined metrics.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

Ideal Experience

  • Previous involvement in strategic projects or transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools is desirable.
