RESPONSIBILITIES
Start date: September 1st, 2026
Under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources, you will be a key member of our 5‑person HR team and will participate in the following areas:
- Training: support coordination of the annual training campaign, assist in planning and delivering training sessions, and contribute to the annual INFPC report.
- Recruitment: manage job descriptions and job-board postings, assist with candidate screening and interview logistics, and support onboarding.
- HRIS & Reporting: maintain HR records in personnel and training systems, produce regular and ad hoc reports, and support absence management monitoring.
- Policies & Operations: review and update internal policies and procedures (English), support event organization, handle routine HR enquiries and assist the HR team with more complex tasks;
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Enrolled in a Master program with a Human Resources specialization.
- Compulsory internship linked to your educational program and tripartite agreement preferred.
- First experience in HR is ideal
- Languages: fluent in English and French, any other language could be a plus
- Sensitivity to Finance and HR professions is desirable
- IT skills: advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using HRIS tools and producing reports.
- Personal qualities: organized, rigorous, initiative-taking, strong verbal and written communication, empathetic, discreet, flexible, good analytical and synthesis skills, commitment and eagerness to learn.
