Your Impact:
As a Media & Communications intern, you will support the Nordic Marketing team in the daily coordination and execution of media, PR, and influencer activities across the Nordic region. This role provides hands-on experience within a luxury brand environment, supporting campaign activations, influencer collaborations, reporting, and administrative processes.
You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, influencers and external partners to ensure campaigns and activations are delivered efficiently and in line with brand guidelines.

Your Impact:
As a Media & Communications intern, you will support the Nordic Marketing team in the daily coordination and execution of media, PR, and influencer activities across the Nordic region. Media
- Support the coordination and execution of media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including maintaining calendars, timelines, and project trackers.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies on campaign materials, briefings, and asset management across digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign launches, collect performance data, and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and post-campaign summaries.
- Conduct competitor monitoring and market research to identify relevant trends and insights.
- Provide administrative support related to campaign execution, including documentation and invoice follow-up.
Influencer & PR
- Support the coordination of influencer campaigns and PR activities across Nordic markets, including briefings, content approvals, and publication schedules.
- Manage and maintain influencer, media, and agency contact databases, and support communication with relevant partners regarding campaign activities.
- Coordinate product seedings, including packing, shipment tracking and follow-up, and monitor influencer content deliveries and PR coverage.
- Assist in performance reporting across influencer and PR activities.
- Provide logistical support for events, meetings, and preparation of presentation materials when required.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, PR, or a related field.
- Strong interest in media, influencer marketing, PR, and luxury brands.
- Understanding of key social platforms and the Nordic markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (Photoshop mainly). Knowledge of PowerBI & Business Manager, Google Analytics platforms is considered a plus
