Job Description

Within the Group Chief Transformation Office, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support the definition of the Generali Group strategy
  • Providing input to the strategy planning process
  • Performing trends and scenario analysis
  • Perform Generali Group benchmarking relative to peers through the analysis of the performance, strengths and weaknesses of key global competitors, insurance, and asset management markets
  • Support Strategy & PMI team in the set-up and coordination of strategic planning process and facilitating dialogue with key stakeholders


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in the fields of business management and/or finance and financial modelling
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems
  • Excellent know-how of MS-Office suite (power point, excel...)
