Extracurricular Internship Insurance Mergers & Acquisitions

Job Description

At Generali, within the Insurance Division that includes countries all around the world, between Asia, South America, and Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our Mergers & Acquisitions team.

The resource will have the opportunity to gain experience in the following activities:

• Support in the execution of extraordinary transactions in the Generali Group
• Participation in the main processes related to acquisitions and disposals
• Support to the Insurance M&A team in day-to-day project management activities i.e. - but not limited to:
  • market scouting
  • strategic/financial planning
  • valuation model
  • contracts review
  • documents for internal committees
• Support for reporting and preparing effective PowerPoint presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Economics/Statistics/engineering subjects
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent listening and communication skills, also with foreign countries
• Ability to work independently and in multicultural team environment
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Flexibility and proactivity
• Strong ability to create positive network and work in team

Nice to have:

• Previous international experience (also short)
• Other foreign languages
