We're looking for an ambitious talent to join our team as a Headhunter, whether it's for a internship or a first job, working across both our Antwerp and Brussels offices.
What You'll Do
This isn't a coffee-and-copies role. From day one, you're in the field : identifying talent, reaching out directly, supporting our consultants and getting a real taste of what it means to develop a business.

What You'll Do
This isn't a coffee-and-copies role. From day one, you're in the field : identifying talent, reaching out directly, supporting our consultants and getting a real taste of what it means to develop a business.
On the Headhunting side
- Search and identify top profiles through LinkedIn, databases and direct outreach
- Make first contact with candidates and qualify their interest and fit
- Support Business Managers on sourcing and screening missions
- Maintain and enrich our candidate database
- Contribute to creative sourcing strategies to find profiles others miss
On the Sales side
- Identify potential client companies and map key decision-makers
- Support the team on prospecting and cold outreach initiatives
- Participate in client interactions and learn how to pitch and present
- Spot business opportunities and flag them to the team
- Get a front-row seat on the full business development cycle
Qui cherchons-nous ?
Who You Are
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, HR, Communications or equivalent or recently graduated and looking for your first job
- Bilingual French & English (mandatory), Dutch is a plus
- Curious, proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone
- You have a natural instinct for people : you read them fast and build rapport easily
- Entrepreneurial mindset : you don't wait to be told what to do
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
