Requirements
The internship has to be mandatory for your current studies (proof from the university is required)The minimum length of the mandatory internship should be 4-6 months Currently enrolled in a degree of marketing, communication, event management, general project management High hands-on mentality and able to work under pressure Careful and detailed approach to accomplish projects Good MS Office skills Native level German and good English skills Affinity to Nintendo videogames Team player and strong in communication with others
Earliest possible start date: August 15, 2026

Tasks
- Supporting organization and execution of events, partially onsite, and promotion activities
- Supporting design, purchase and production process for e.g. give aways, event materials
- Supporting administrative work, reportings, Powerpoint presentations, invoice control
- Handling smaller event requests
- Preparing consoles and equipment for different events and promotions
- Supporting of general marketing and administrative activities
