We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.

Working directly with the Group Head of FP&A and senior analysts in the team, and with global finance and accounting teams across different regions (Europe, Americas, Asia), you will actively contribute producing high-quality financial analysis and reporting that supports executive decision-making.

About the Team

Viridien is a listed group with a footprint in every continent, mainly Europe, North America, and Asia, and generates $1 billion in revenue.

In this role, you will join the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team based in Massy (91), whose primary objective is to provide the General Management and the Board with financial statements reflecting business and management perspectives.

Your main contacts will be accounting teams, business controllers, and support staff (HR, Legal, Communications, etc), whether they are based in France or abroad (USA, UK, APAC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in producing management reports for monthly, quarterly and annual closings, on historical performance and forward-looking financials,

  • Support on financial performance review and analysis, turning financial figures into operational insights.

  • Assist the implementation of AI solutions in Finance workflows.

  • Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile management reporting to consolidated financial statements, both on Group level and Business Line levels.

  • Prepare presentations for quarterly, yearly performance review and forecast updates for strategic committees (Audit & Risk committee, Board committee, Investment co...).

  • Support ad-hoc analyses for operational decisions.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Master's degree in Finance / Accounting.

  • Solid fundamentals in Finance and Accounting.

  • Structured and rigorous thinking, attention to detail. You are known for your analytical and summarization skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication in English and French.

  • Curious, open-minded and proactive.

  • Excellent time management skills and respect deadlines. You enjoy working in a team.

  • You are proficient in the basic functions of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • You have an interest in Information Systems (ERP/Hyperion).

Preferred :

  • Previous internship experience in Accounting / Controlling
