Your MissionJoin Stryker’s Software Test Engineering team and help ensure the quality and reliability of innovative medical technology solutions. You'll gain hands-on experience in software testing, test automation, agile development, and quality assurance while working on projects that contribute to better healthcare outcomes.
What You'll Do- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of manual and automated software tests
- Contribute to software testing activities within an agile development environment
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated test solutions
- Help improve testing processes and quality assurance strategies
- Explore opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence to software testing and quality improvement
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Agile Development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Initial experience with software test automation
- Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Good English skills (minimum B2)
- Professional experience in an international MedTech company
