Function

Your main responsibilities include:

Designing and building SQL views to expose grid-related datasets in a clean, structured and user-friendly manner.
Writing Python code to perform calculations and develop data transformations.
Creating Databricks dashboards that present relevant operational insights to internal stakeholders.
Reviewing peers' code to ensure quality, maintainability and consistency.
Collaborating with data engineers and business experts to understand requirements and translate them into robust data solutions.

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated student who meets the following criteria:

Bachelor or Master or Phd (completed or ongoing) in Software Engineering, Data Engineering or a similar discipline (mandatory).
Strong interest in working with SQL, Python, and data processing.
Affinity with dashboarding and data visualization.
Understanding of data modelling concepts is a plus.
Language skills: fluent in English and/or Dutch and/or French.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and willingness to take ownership.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
