About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. As DWS Xtrackers ETF Sales Intern you will:
- Assist the salespeople in their daily tasks in close collaboration with the management, trading, marketing and support teams based in London and Frankfurt.
- Contribute to the production of customer presentations linked to financial markets evolutions (Equities, Fixed Income and commodities), marketing materials on specific product push and other sales documents.
- Help in following up customer requests, reporting, demands on ETF or underlying indices.
- Perform Competitive intelligence: competitor activity, market trends, product flows, news on ETF markets.
The Team is looking for:
- Student in the field of Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related subject
- Strong interest in financial analysis and industry
- Strong writing, presentation skills
- Know-how of all asset classes (Equities, Bonds, Commodities) and derivatives (swap, futures and repo. Markets)
- Experience with the main software (Excel macro et formule de stat, PowerPoint and Word)
- Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility (rigor and intellectual honesty)
- Very good analytical skills
- Fluency in French and very good English language skills
- You must meet all core and role eligibility requirements
