About Sales department

Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

Masterfully handle administrative tasks, including organising calendars, setting up meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the sales team.
Craft compelling sales materials like presentations and reports, equipping the team with tools to shine.
Facilitate seamless sales order processing by working hand-in-hand with various internal teams.
Analysis of sales data (e.g., Nielsen) for a clear understanding of the current state of the 4Ps, particularly regarding promotional activities and new product launches.
Assist in the account planning and forecasting
You are also responsible for competitive intelligence (tracking promotions and new products).
Profit and loss responsibility. Achieving targets for net sales, gross margin, the 4Ps (Product, Place, Price, and Promotion), and working capital requirements.
You are in direct contact with our distributor clients.
You are responsible for monitoring the performance (assortment, promotions, merchandising) and recommending appropriate action plans.

The experience we're looking for

As a business school student, you are autonomous and organized.
You are fluent in French and wish to work in an international environment.
You have an interest in consumer goods.
You are eager to learn and results-oriented.
You are rigorous and enjoy analysis.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
Ideally, you have already completed a significant internship in the consumer goods industry.

Internship Conditions

Start date: Beginning of July 2026
Duration: 6 months
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Compensation: You will receive reimbursement for your expenses (rent + transportation + phone subscription + lunch) up to €950 per month.
We also reimburse one round-trip ticket to your home country, up to €150.
