About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
As our DWS Investment Real Estate Intern, you will:
- Assists the Asset Managers with gathering, analysing, and preparing required reports and communication to clients.
- Assist the Asset Management team with follow-up tools creation, legal documentation and underwritings analysis, gathering market information, reporting preparation, mandates and other documents drafting.
- Gathering information on future tenants, leases drafting, technical management and any other mission related to Asset Management on demand of Senior Management.
- Support the invoicing process
- Update database and Excel tools
- Control and supervise our providers such as Property Manager
- Assist the AM team and overseeing direct assets management in France or Belgium, under the supervision of the Head of AM.
The Team is looking for:
- Student in the field of Real Estate Asset Management or with experience in Real Estate
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Very good organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English and French, any further language skills are considered as an advantage
- You must meet all core and role eligibility requirements
