About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
As Sales Coverage Support DWS Intern, you will:
- Support Sales teams in their client-facing activities
- Analyse client and market data to identify opportunities and support sales initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, materials, and documentation for client meetings.
- Coordinate interactions with existing and prospective clients to ensure smooth engagement.
- Support client account activities, using strong understanding of internal processes and roles.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable legal/regulatory frameworks.
The Team is looking for:
- Student studying in the field of Economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Asset Management products and Italian distribution channels is an advantage
- 6–12 months of experience within an Asset Management company is beneficial, but not essential
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- You must meet all core and role eligibility requirements
