We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR and Office Manager Intern to support our Human Resources team across various functions, including office management, onboarding, administrative work and even recruitment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment while developing key HR skills.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding preparations together with the rest of the team
  • Organising teambuildings, after work parties and other events in the office and outside the office
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials or reports for internal HR use
  • Welcoming visitors and assisting with meeting room bookings or office tours
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
  • Managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders and coordinating with vendors
  • Supporting travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and calendar coordination
  • Helping the HR team with any other projects depending on priorities
  • Contributing to the well-being of the whole team at LIZY
  • Supporting initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture


Qui cherchons-nous ?

Your profile:
  • An ongoing degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Motivated to pursue a career in Human resources
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and team spirit
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
