We are looking for a talented Strategy and Transformation Analyst to join our Strategy & Transformation team within the broader Strategy, Transformation & Projects function. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic projects and organizational change by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Conduct data-driven research to support strategic decision-making and transformation efforts.
Gather requirements from stakeholders across the organization and perform gap analysis to uncover opportunities for change.
Run statistical calculations and perform quantitative analysis to inform recommendations.
Develop business cases for proposed changes, clearly outlining benefits, costs, and risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Support the implementation of transformation initiatives and monitor progress against defined metrics.
Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
