💡 Your main missions
As an intern in our customer service department, you will work closely with the support team to:
- Manage customer requests in French
- Handle questions related to our taps, kegs, deliveries and returns
- Follow up on tickets rigorously (e.g. FAQs, deadlines, shipping tracking or barrel returns)
- Escalate technical or sensitive cases (warranty, product incident)
- Feed the FAQ and improve our support tools (e.g. customer service tutorials)
- Collaborate with the Logistics, CRM and E-Commerce teams to streamline the customer experience
- Animate our communities on the networks
🎓 Profile sought
You are a student in a BAC+3 to BAC+5 training course – business school, communication, management or equivalent, with:
- A strong appetite for customer relations
- Excellent written communication (fluent French)
- Empathy, patience, sense of service and rigor
- Taste for beer or interest in the PerfectDraft project would be a plus 🎯
- Knowledge of ticket management or CRM is a bonus

Gratuities:
